Credit where credit is due! I cannot recommend this company enough! After spending several hours on the Internet/YouTube trying to work out if I could fix the heating from my boiler (& my brother then doing the same), I had to bite the bullet & contact a boiler engineer, having no idea if it was an 'easy fix' or a big problem. I contacted the company who normally services my boiler & it was going to cost £90 call out before any work. I'd seen good reviews for Sterling so thought I'd get a quote from them too. They asked me to send pics of the prob & helped me sort it myself without any call out & no fees, plus advised me on another plumbing problem!! I've never known a company do that & am so grateful sat in my nice warm house this eve. Thank you!! They certainly have my business now after their kind treatment today.
I cannot recommend Craig enough professional and knowledgeable he is doing a fantastic job of keeping my old oil boiler going. After the first boiler service I had from him a year ago my boiler ran so much more efficiently, he’s just been out for its second service and I won’t use anyone else.
Craig, is prob the most professional plumber I have ever used, i gave him a call and he was here next day, to sort out a bath leak and replace bath/sink taps and a new shower riser system.
