   I work in a sainsburys local, we are a pick up point for argos so we deal with argos transactions every day returns and pick ups. Today I decided to return a parcel to Buxton Argos instead due to being in the area. I was served by a woman with shoulder length brown hair and coloured nails. She was EXTREMELY rude towards me, i know for one this level of customer service would never be acceptable in my store. After this, I was meant to pick up 2 parcels for my dad but decided against it and will go back another day in the week hopefully when she is not on shift as she completely put me off, made me feel unwelcome and made me not want to stay in the store.

   More staff required. Stood waiting for nearly 15mins to buy a product. Not only that some been hear 20+ mins Update 4.03.22 I preordered a game that can't pick up from store. Its release date is today. They guarantee it to be delivered the day of release. (today) . Now i sit and wonder why my money was handed over at store and they can't uphold there end of a deal and get my product to me on time. I may as well of waited till today, gone to the store and paid and taken home myself. Yet now I sit awaiting and waiting.

   Staff are helpful and friendly and the store is clean and well presented. The click and collect service is excellent if a little dangerous as I am addicted to soft furnishings. Has a really nice range of goods and there is always something unusual and quirky in the catalogue.

   Good store with good staff helpful service first class. Order and deliver is good prompt . The store has now been refurbished New desks computers latest models. Computers show full details of article .so if your looking for phone or tv you get all technical details . Lot easier to pick right product . more efficient .
