   Prestige has managed my rental property for over 7 years. I have been very happy with their great service and would highly recommend them, both to landlords and tenants. They have been quick to find tenants and they are always prompt with keeping me informed about my property – e.g., if minor repairs are required, changes with rental regulations, etc. They provide excellent value for money and provide peace of mind (particularly as I’m a landlord living outside the UK).

   First Class experience with Prestige Estates MK Ltd The entire process from viewing the property to moving in was seamless and quick. Communication, we found was key to the whole letting process. Prestige Estates were prompt, clear, friendly and professional at all times. Excellent attention to detail and keeping us informed through the process. The property was presented in first class condition and decorated to an inch its life. The new fully fitted kitchen with inclusive white goods and new bathroom was just wonderful. Any concerns that we had were small maintenance issues and these were rectified very quickly. We would most assuredly recommend Prestige Estates to anyone looking for a Letting Agency that is reliable, transparent and trustworthy.    Very very happy with Prestige - I requested a viewing online, and I believe Prestige replied to me within an hour and we scheduled an appointment the very same day. Adam who showed me the property was beyond amazing - he was so nice, so chill, very honest about the property not looking it’s best and being long overdue for some upgrades/ improvements. He didn’t try to cover anything up. Prestige has been quick with all the paperwork, very helpful with the moving in process, and patient with me getting everything done on my end. Their engineer, Neil, is also a super lovely man who helped me with my radiators. I’ve had some shocking landlords in the past, the most vile and dishonest people you could every meet, so I was afraid what Prestige would be like as well, but so far they’ve been incredible in every single way.

   Out of all of the property agents my partner and I went through, Prestige have been far the best. Other agents booked ridiculous numbers of home viewings which made it next to impossible for us to find a place but Prestige take a more sensible approach and only book a handful at a time. This allowed us to find a property extremely quickly and we had zero issues along the way. After 3 months of searching we only had one viewing with Prestige and we moved in 2 weeks after. I would recommend them any day to any one as they are really friendly and reply to any queries incredibly quickly. A huge thank you to Adam for showing us the property and a huge thank you to Louise for the help via email.

   Prestige is the 3rd letting agency with I’m renting in UK. As of now its just 3 months now in this house and I am fully satisfied with Prestige team. They are all very helpful and responsive for any queries that we had. The process of renting was very straightforward and they insisted us to have a viewing before doing the commitment. We realise how important that was. We really appreciate that. Initially, we experienced some issues in the house and some maintenance and repair was required.
