   When I had my late Mothers house to sell I visited Goodacres to first ask advice . I was warmly greeted by Josh in the first instance. I explained the situation, Josh then said he could arrange to visit me at the property. I also met Aarden and Carmelo who were very friendly and chatted to me. I decided to go with Goodacres, and was not disappointed. The property was put live on the Thursday,and by the Saturday a buyer was found. Throughout the whole process I have been updated on viewings,advised wisely, and anytime I have been to the agents, I have been warmly greeted by Josh, Carmelo and Aarden. Simon was very helpful with the actual sale of the property. Chloe also was very helpful when I needed to clear the house last minute and keeping me informed. Overall I was very impressed with the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks Angela

   We bought and sold with these guys, and the whole process took around three months. Josh, Aarden and Carmelo were fantastic throughout and really helped to keep things moving. There was only a week between our offer being accepted on our new home and our own house being listed — and we received an offer on that almost immediately! Overall, a smooth and well-handled experience.

Even when there was a 'hiccup' in the process (due to the buyer), Simon anticipated the need to put the property back on the market and it was sold within days!    Poor company with poor communication! The award for lack of accountability and poor maintenance goes to Goodacres Residential. I’m not one to do this, but unless you’re a buyer or a landlord this place doesn’t take you seriously. Took 10 days to get hot water in the flat. Now it’s 10 weeks without a functioning washing and freezer that doesn’t have a temperature gauge. I’ve been dismissed and told that an appliance which were clearly broken were working. Contractor they used left a disgusting voicemail on my phone- but claim that they vet their contractors 2 days back to back contractor hasn’t shown up/tried to show up while I’m on schedule meeting They take zero accountability for anything that’s gone wrong it’ll always someone else’s fault Update; raised the issue in September it wasn’t resolved until end of December!
