   My experience with Absolute Agents in Bedford was highly disappointing, particularly when it came to getting my deposit back. Despite maintaining the property in excellent condition and adhering to all guidelines, they unfairly deducted a significant portion of my deposit for issues that were either exaggerated or simply fabricated. It felt as though they were looking for any excuse to take money from me, regardless of whether the claims were valid. Communication was also frustrating, with the agents being evasive and uncooperative when I tried to dispute the charges. It became clear that they prioritize taking as much from tenants as possible over being fair or reasonable
