Poorly maintained and dirty on arrival. Lots of hassle of anything goes wrong like white goods, could only fix outside of working hours which was very inconvenient. Oddly in the house manual the company that own the Air b&b seemed to think it was very important to get a good rating but didn’t do anything that would warrant this. Ok for contractors, not so good for a family. If 5 stars are required you have to provide a 5 star service and not have underwear stuffed down by the mattress! Carpets were filthy, garden overgrown, sinks blocked, windows in bathroom hanging off, hoover didn’t work properly. Just a few of the things that made our stay memorable for all the wrong reasons.
