   Leanne is an exceptional person to deal with on Lettings at Simpsons. So organised, efficient, and professional. She knows exactly what we need in any letting situation. She has assisted us on many occasions, and I have always found her to be so approachable and easy to deal with. I am very happy we have Leanne as our agent. She makes everything easy to understand and knows her area of expertise so well. If there is something she needs to tell us that is not to our benefit but is simply how things are, she explains it all in a straightforward manner which we appreciate. We would thoroughly recommend Leanne to anyone either as a landlord or a prospective tenant. You will be well looked after.

Everything was health with so wonderfully I cannot find a single fault or recommendation. All the staff were incredibly personable and professional making me feel supported and understood. Leanne, the lettings manager at the Thrapston branch really deserves a medal in my eyes. We didn’t have the simplest of moves and Leanne was just incredible with everything. Always so prompt and reliable with her communication, and frequently willing to go above and beyond her role to ensure things were being dealt with on my behalf.    Great service from all departments. From purchasing the property to quickly finding tenants and managing the property. The staff are quick to respond to my emails. After some initial small communication problems between tenant find and property management they've been managing the property for 2 months now and so far so good. Leanne was super efficient at finding tenants and a great help for organising tradespeople to make sure everything was in place for the start of the tenancy. Olivia is my property manager and does a great job at keeping me informed every step of the way especially as there has been a lot to sort out.
