   As a client of Carter Williams for past decade. 10/10 for responsiveness/honesty/knowledge/negotiation (for buyers/sellers/management), and always got any problems/questions solved, never left in limbo. Went above & beyond to find rare boiler part (other est. agents would simply say, replace the boiler!). Helped sourced info to answer tricky conveyancer questions. Hope one day to use Carter Williams again. Thanks again for the outstanding service from Steve, Lauren & Lisa over the years. Summarised in one word - "Care", as they really do care. Thank you TY

   We have just started down the renting route, found a lovely bungalow, which Carter Williams, were looking after, we had Steven, looking after us, what a great chap, very friendly, nothing was a silly question, always available, for when we wanted to view, we couldn’t have asked for more. Your office & staff are second to none. Which we shall always be grateful. To make moving in a little less stress free, a welcome box, was left on the side, in the kitchen.(the tooth paste was a godsend). Thank you again, Steven for everything.

   Highly recommend! I rented from Cater Williams about 5 years ago and recently went to them to find a new rental. Although I didn't find a property with them I got a very thorough and professional experience from Steven who took me on a viewing and went through every detail. He never made me feel rushed to leave and was also very kind and understanding throughout the process. It’s nice to see that the good work Carter Williams do hasn’t changed over the years. If you can find a suitable property with them I can honestly say you will be looked after well.
