   My brother and myself used Harwoods for the sale of my parents house, earlier this year, after they both sadly passed away. I found, Phil to be very caring and not at all pushy ,like so many estate agents. The house sale went through very quickly, after probate, to first time buyers. Phil kept us informed at every stage of the sale and I often popped in to the office and he always found the time to chat to me. Myself and my husband had previously used Harwoods when buying our bungalow, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!.
