   I rented a property with GD for 2+ years when I first moved to the area. I corresponded with Jo and I have to say I couldn't have asked for a better property manager. Jo and the company are lovely and fair, they were so welcoming and always happy to help. I barely had any issues with the property and when I did they were fixed within 48 hours, no questions, no hastle. It was a shame to leave them and if they had a property that suited my needs at the time I definetly would have stayed with them. I cant rate them highly enough!

   Jo from this company has been absolutely amazing going above and beyond…. When the boiler broke….. fixed….. when this created damp and mould…. Sorted…… compassionate and understanding……. Jo is a credit to this company and I would use again!!! ❤️❤️

   I rented for some ten years with GD. They were friendly, professional, helpful and above all, actually cared about me. They have a great team of plumbers, electricians and handymen and any problems were addressed quickly - same day in some cases. I would say that if you are prepared to be a reasonable and responsible tenant, then GD will go the extra mile for you.

   Took them three years to get this sorted, and once they did, they tried to evict us a few days later. A picture is worth a thousand words, so you can draw your own conclusions about the care and customer service quality we received.

   Absolutely fantastic service whilst renting a property in Thrapston. Really flexible and responded to our needs immediately to fix any issues. Friendly and accommodating, including all of the support from Shona ( she is a lovely lady and very helpful) and the estate agent Helen when arranging viewings. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, thank you GD Property and especially Shona Manning x for making everything so easy for us!

   After renting a property in Rushden with GD Properties for over two years I found them to always be responsive and helpful, in particular Jo who I dealt with most of the time. Applying to rent the property was straight forward enough and we were given a decision quickly. During our tenancy any problems we had were dealt with very quickly. Five stars from me.
