   After being on the market for a long time with another local agent we decided to start again with Rob following a recommendation from a friend. He was great and got us back on the market quickly. The photos Natalie took were amazing and are a lovely keepsake of our first home. Rob managed to get 7 viewings within the first week and all on the same day to minimise the disruption to us, we accepted an offer from these viewings. Rob was a great communicator throughout and we would not have completed on our new home had Rob not have been so prompt with our sale. We would highly recommend!

   We first met Rob when we were viewing houses and found he wasn’t pushy or demanding as some agents can be. He was easy to talk to and suggested other properties for us. This is why we chose him to sell our house. Rob and Natalie were professional and approachable throughout the process of us moving house. We were so pleased with the pictures as they really sold our house how we see it. Communication was excellent, only a WhatsApp away if we needed anything. Rob kept us updated through his contact with the seller and didn’t hesitate to contact solicitors and chase when things slowed down. We were able to get into our new home within about 9 weeks which was amazing. We would 100% recommend.

   Less Than One Percent handled our recent house sale and the experience has been such a positive one I would happily recommend them to anyone selling in the Northampton area. We originally contacted other estate agents but Rob’s no nonsense approach and his knowledge of the Northampton market convinced us to go with 1%. He suggested an asking price 23% higher than the other agents were recommending and then sold our house on the first day of viewings for more than the asking price. Throughout the sale process Rob has been in constant contact and any emails or phone calls were answered swiftly. We were fully informed and given good and sensible advice and reassurance throughout the sale process. With Rob’s guidance the sale process has been quick and painless. We cannot thank Rob and Less Than One Percent enough for the professionalism and superb service they have shown us in the successful sale of our house.
