   We had a long and hard time selling our property but the team could not have been more supportive. Charlie in particular went over and above to make sure things were completed and we were kept updated. If it hadn’t been for him I think we would have given up. He did more work than the solicitors. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and the photos, videos and aerial views that where taken where exceptional compared to other agents that we have come across on our purchase.

   Avoid this letting agency if you value fairness and integrity. After two years as a responsible tenant with no issues, they attempted to withhold my deposit over nothing more than minor dust —things that clearly fall under fair wear and tear according to DPS guidelines. Their check-out inventory was far more detailed than the check-in, making it clear they were fishing for reasons to make deductions. This kind of behaviour is nothing short of exploitative, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from them.

   Yet another smooth transaction thanks to the tireless and consistently professional service from Edward Knight Northampton. The whole team were fantastic starting with Aimee and the branch director arranging drone photos of my land plots and then continuing to the protracted negotiations (land sales can be very complex). Special thanks go to Mark Chapman for his outstanding negotiation work throughout. His interpersonal skills kept the buyer on board through a dip in the market and some unforeseen circumstances. Highly recommended company!

   Absolutely amazing, professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile (for sellers and buyers). We had our house valued by 4 estate agents - and as soon as we met Matthew at Edward Knight we knew that’s who we wanted to sell our house. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable and not pushy. Marketing of our house was super quick and professional - photos were taken at 10.30am and it was on the market by 12.30pm and our house sold that evening! We had lots of interest and offers which were managed respectfully and professionally by the team. The process of selling with all parties involved in complex but Mark at Edward Knight kept the line of communication going and chased solicitors, mortgage brokers and even the vendors for the property we were purchasing. Email responses were always prompt and we were kept updated which helped to ease stress levels. We know that if it wasn’t for the work of Matthew and Mark we would not have sold at the price we did.
