My recent experience with the representative of the Haart letting company was a very positive one, Ali is a helpful knowledgeable representative who laid to rest most of my worries, he took his time to explain the steps needed to complete the task. I will definitely use them again.

I have used haart to manage multiple rental properties and my experience has been extremely disappointing over a long period. Communication was consistently poor, I often had to chase for basic responses, and inspections and maintenance oversight were repeatedly missed. Issues were allowed to escalate and I had properties sitting vacant for months without resolution. This resulted in significant loss of rental income. When claims were finally submitted after tenancies ended, clear and obvious items were missed and haart later admitted they rushed the process due to staff being unavailable. The compensation they offered simply equated to what they failed to recover from the tenant in the first place and did not reflect the financial loss their mistakes caused. I repeatedly had to step in, arrange my own inspections and reports, and effectively manage the managing agent. Even the complaints process only moved when I chased and I was only told it was "exhausted" after following up again. In my opinion, haart showed poor management, poor communication and a lack of accountability throughout. I am now taking this to The Property Ombudsman. Based on my experience, I would not recommend haart to any landlord.

He explained all the details of the property clearly and even supported me in adding specific terms and conditions to the offer I eventually submitted. Ali, over the phone, was equally supportive—he really took his time and went out of his way to make sure I got the place when and how I wanted. He was very efficient in working with myself and the landlord. Couldn’t recommend them more!
