   Cannot thank the team at Connels enough for the amazing service they gave my fiancé and I in the purchase of our first home together. The whole team was readily available for any questions we had about the process and we got a really lovely gift along with our new keys. I have to give an extra shout out to Georgia however who was one of our favourite agents to view houses with. On top of that, she found our house for us and knocked it out of the park. She seemed to understand exactly what we wanted straight away and sent us the specs for a house coming on the market end of the week. She was really communicative and accommodating and gave us advice on how to navigate some of the harder parts of home purchasing. Thank you so much Georgia and the Connels team!

   We urgently needed to rent out a property that had been sitting on the market with another agent for several weeks without any progress. After speaking with Makayla at Connells, she confidently assured us that she could secure a tenant within a week at the price we wanted. True to her word, Makayla delivered. She was extremely professional throughout the process, kept us regularly updated, handled all the paperwork efficiently, and successfully rented the property in just over a week. Molly provided excellent support alongside Makayla, guiding us through the landlord and tenant setup and promptly answering the many questions we had along the way.    My partner and I recently viewed and ultimately became tenants of a property with Connells Northampton. I have to say, from start to finish they’ve been very responsive, sensible, and proactive in helping us through the process of getting our paperwork through and our offer processed. Each member of the Northampton branch we dealt with - especially Caitlin, as well as Makayla and Wiktoria, were all great. Our move in date was a very quick turnaround (we’re talking like.. a week from putting in an offer) and Caitlin and co. handled all of the admin very well to make sure everything was sorted in time. When we went to pick up the keys, Caitlin happily answered any questions we had, and Makayla went through some useful things for us to know like where the meters are in the property. All clearly keen to help! One thing in particular I’d note personally: I was impressed that they understood how to handle things like gender neutral titles/inclusivity. That kind of thing is rare and unexpected in this sort of setting, so came as a real relief. For example, when entering our information into their referencing company’s database, Caitlin was proactive in requesting additions to the title options when mine wasn’t present, informed me and assured me it would be corrected for me once the paperwork was processed, and gave me the opportunity to say what’s the least uncomfortable option to use in the meantime. My partner also noted that Makayla was great at not assuming pronouns for me over the phone. Might seem small to some, but to me it really meant a lot. And shows that they are really thinking about how to support all sorts of people. To top it all off, once we had moved in, they sent us an email with a sign in to a special webpage/app for us to use to report any maintenance requests for the property, with a very well designed interface that’s easy to understand and use. And the digital home move assistant Tili that they also use, which helps you do things like get your utilities together, notify your council of address change, and gives you options on things like broadband for your area, was a really nice touch too. Overall, our impression so far has been a refreshingly genuine and proactive estate agency, who clearly care about the customer/tenant experience. We’re now happily settled into our new home.
