   All the staff we dealt with at Michael Graham in Northampton have been extremely helpful throughout the sale and purchase of our onward home. Special thanks goes out to Henry, who managed the sale of our property and then got us into our forever home just a week later!

   Michael Graham sold my mother's house last year and did it very well. We have just sold our own house in Wootton to move to Little Houghton. Again, the experience was very good. Henry McDonald, Myah and Ian were excellent. The first chain unfortunately broke down lower down, but Henry and Ian quickly found another chain. We then had a complication during pricing negotiation up and down, to which Ian and Henry quickly worked out a satisfactory resolution. The legal pack we had to create at the beginning was very thorough and a lot of work. But it paid off as there were only 3 small questions from the buyer's solicitor, which took ten minutes to answer. We are very happy with the service provided and can only thoroughly recommend the Northampton team.

   Horrible clientele - promised a chain-free property and turned it into a chained transaction when we specifically put the offer ABOVE asking price with the condition (AND assurance) of a quick sale. Poor communication, no accountability for their client's unethical behavior. No check-in with us post moving (let alone a welcome gesture) and items missing from the property (keys, remotes etc.) with unacceptable overall condition of white goods, electronics despite clear clauses in the contract. The highlight: they can't get any response from their client for any queries related to the property so we are basically on our own. Conclusion: lost money, peace, sanity with long bills of cleaning and repair work. Zero happiness of buying our first home. PS: Micheal Graham did nothing till date to make up for this entire mess their client made. Leaves a very bad impression from customer care perspective, to be honest.

   My experience of Estate agents in Northampton has been very mixed but Michael Graham delivered above expectations. Ian was very clear around how we should market our property and different to every other agent who visited. The photos and video walk round were outstanding and showcased our house beautifully. Myah conducted our viewings and was always on time and well presented with a professional approach. Feedback was given afterwards and we achieved a sale price which we were very happy with.

We had a tight deadline for completion as two people in our chain had mortgage offers expiring. Myah worked tirelessly to push for the date we needed, working all of the chain.    Outstanding service! Always helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. Being from the same industry it was certainly a change and becoming a buyer for our family home with all our emotions attached. We have certainly enjoyed the process with Michael Graham from start to finish. We all know buying your family home can be very stressful to say the least however George Beers and Sarah Ward made this process very easy and taken control of the sales memorandum from the very beginning. We tend to forget the guy's who take care of the process after the property is sold however we felt at ease with all the regular communication and knew we were in good hands. A massive thank you to George for going out your way in certain elements of our purchase this has not gone unnoticed and we are very appreciative.
