   We most definitely recommend Merrys estate agents Northampton to anyone looking to sell their house or to anyone looking to buy. We initially found it difficult to find an onward purchase within our budget and chosen area and we really appreciate Merrys patients, after quickly finding us a buyer, in waiting for us to find the next suitable home for us. We sold our first family home of almost 20 years with Merrys in December 2024 and moved into our new home in January 2025 and after some renovations and improvements we are now feeling happier and settled in our new home. We are very happy that we chose Merrys to sell our house and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy their homes.

During all that time their service has been first class and we would thoroughly recommend them to new and existing landlords. Jackie runs the lettings part of this friendly, local estate agents. She knows all the tenants, landlords and tradesmen personally and is quick to deal with any problems that may crop up. Whenever we have needed to find new tenants Jackie has done so quickly and efficiently, ensuring that vacant periods are kept to a minimum.

   Merrys have been managing my property for over a year now and I can't speak highly enough about the service I've received and continue to receive from them. They came highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why! They are very professional and always communicate with me very promptly. My first tenants were vetted thoroughly and Jackie dealt with little day-to-day issues very quickly and kept me informed at all stages. New tenants are about to move in and again, nothing has been too much trouble (the tenants put clothing and shoes into the black bin, so Jackie emptied them out herself and took them to be recycled). I get regular photographs of my property and feel totally confident with Merrys. I would not hesitate in recommending them as a letting agent. Am 100% pleased.

   Sold a property and purchased a property from this agent. Found a property I wanted to buy from this agent and wanted to put in an offer but wanted to get a sale agreed on my house first. I was with a different agent who was dragging their heels on getting my house on the market, so I contacted Merrys about getting my house on the market quickly, they came round the same day, took photos and its was on Rightmove the same day, they moved fast, viewings the following few days and less than a week to get an offer over the asking price. Post offer agreement, they were great at communications with solicitors and keeping me updated. Just a really good honest and fair service from start to finish as a buyer and seller, really please with them!
