   We visited this place during Halloween. Nice place & decorations. Kept some trick & treats for children. Friendly staff. They served fresh refreshments, chocolates & Cakes.

   Eighteen months ago a friend told us about the Hawthorns Northampton as a possibility for my lonely and widowed father. Straightaway we knew the Hawthorns would be the perfect environment for him. His apartment is amazing and ideal for his needs. He values the independence it affords, but equally appreciates the sense of community and interaction with others. We have seen an incredible change in his well-being and personality, which we put down to the nurturing environment provided and the friends he's made there. We cannot praise the entire staff highly enough. Above and beyond sounds like a cliché, but it is so true of the Hawthorns team, on a daily basis. There is a true commitment to the residents and their well-being is always paramount. Thank you to the Hawthorns for helping to turn my father's life around, he's found his happy place.

   My nan has been at the Hawthornes for 18 months and I can't thank them enough for their warm welcome and continued support. The staff are amazing here and genuinely care about the residents wellbeing. The accommodation and facilities are immaculate. Highly recommend.

   Have visited several similar Independent Living communities and The Hawthorns is by far the best we've seen. Inclusion of all meals and activities is second to none and makes life so much easier. The accommodation is spacious, spotless and comfortable and the staff are exceptional! So full of praise for The Hawthorns, could go on but would make this a very long entry! Suffice to say we have no hesitation in giving it full marks!

   Fantastic experience with The Hawthorns, the management all staff are welcoming and also keen to support the Community. We were lucky enough to use the facilities for a meeting and they went above and beyond our expectations in taking care of our needs for our meeting. Couldn't recommend them enough, we look forward to supporting and working with you again.

   We have been really impressed by all the friendly staff at the Hawthorns. Nothing is too much trouble. They have all helped our mother settle into her new independent life, especially during the difficult time of the covid-19 pandemic. We have felt our mother has been kept very safe by all the procedures put in place. The whole building is spotlessly clean and the rooms are comfortable and warm. Our mother is very lucky to have a balcony where she can sit and have some plants to look after. She enjoys the delicious meals provided and particularly enjoys the cakes with her afternoon tea. We are very envious. If we could give the Hawthorns more than 5 stars, we would. Thank You

   Wow - this luxurious retirement home in Northampton is just amazing. From the very moment the doors open and you walk into the reception, you're greeted with a nice smile. The atmosphere at the Hawthorns Northampton retirement home is one of serenity and calm. I've posted some photos here too.

   Running a man and a van service I get to see a lot of different retirement villages and homes. Today was my first visit to this one and it certainly has a wow factor. Apart from the wide hallways and wheelchair friendly rooms it resembles more a 5 star hotel than a retirement village. Super clean, amazing decor and staff who are very helpful and friendly and who never stop smiling, this has to be one of the best I’ve ever been in.
