Horrible place to visit and / or work! Dark, damp, dingy and the roof leaks everywhere!! I could never take any business that chooses to use this building as their work premises seriously in any way. In fact I wish them businesses all the very best of luck cos they're sure gonna need it. Avoid like the plague.
Lots of shops here - parking right outside and quite a few of the shops are those ‘hard to find’ specialist shops. Hidden gem tucked alongside an industrial park in the heart of Northampton
The place is tired. The toilets are a disgrace. The roof leaks everytime it rains leaving puddles everywhere. If you need business premises this is NOT the place to rent!! EDIT Thank you for your response Bizspace, but I have no faith in anything changing, for the following reasons: It is over a year after I left my reveiw above. The last visit I had in July 2022 the place was still as run down.
Visited for East-West Martial Arts. Good parking availability. Easy to find. If you're hungry there's a Mediterranean takeaway.
Great Items for little Money. Huge Selections from Furniture, Garden, workout equipment, Clothing, Rugs and Carpets, Learn Sports and Fitness. Foods nd lots lots more. Highly recommend especially the Guy who owns Unit 316 he is a lovely Asian Guy and has amazing Stuff for very small amounts of Money. Brought a £900 Mattress from him double for £50 brand new and packed. Is listed under place 4 if UKs best Mattresses in 2022. Go and look for yourself

We started a business in a unit here. The rent started out competitively and the site was reasonably well maintained. The rent has subsequently been increased substantially at every opportunity and additional charges added as the lease continued. The facilities are very dirty and smelly - rarely cleaned and used by too many people. By night, the unlocked car park is used by drug addicts, those partaking in sexual activities and the remnants of which are left strewn around the place. The security systems/cameras do not work and the guards rarely seem to visit. there have been numerous robberies as the rear shutter is usually also left open all night. These are all real complaints that were raised during our tenancy - nothing ever changed except the rent. We have now moved to premises that are cheaper, safer and better maintained. A lot of the local businesses have had to move out recently for the reasons I outline above. I would suggest steering well clear.
