I booked a last minute visit to see one of the NT live films with a friend on a day out. The weather was awful so a perfect place to be indoors for the afternoon and we had a lovely time. I love coming to the Broadway, a great variety of films and because my partner and I have a day off today I've booked to go again this afternoon.
The Broadway theatre is an excellent venue for Cinema and Theatre. There are different screens and today my husband and I went to the smallest of them to see “Caravaggio,” which was excellent. In the past, we have needed to make arrangements for a friend with limited mobility and the staff were most helpful.
We had a lovely evening at the Broadway Cinema last night in Screen 4. So comfortable! Helpful usher who helped my disabled husband & so polite. The opera was fantastic - the best La Boheme that we’ve ever seen.
We went to see the latest ( and last) Downton Abbey film today at the Broadway Letchworth, as always the staff were polite and helpful, the cinema area was spotlessly clean, there was free WiFi available and the chance to buy a hot and cold drink and take it in with us to the film. A delightful experience all round. Their programme of live recorded theatre , ballet and opera and even live theatre augments their film offerings. It provides so much choice!!
First time here and was expecting a an old run down cinema but was pleasantly surprised. Seats were comfortable and screen was clean. Unlike some of the big chain cinemas , where food items and wraps are left. You were encouraged to take your rubbish and drop it off. Staff were friendly. Didn't have much time to check out the food and drink assortment. But we're happy with our usual picks. Overall we were pleased with our visit and will definitely return!

Lovely old fashioned cinema. You can take a glass of wine or beer into the theatre. Comfy seats. Excellent evening out.
A comfortable seat to enjoy a film or two. Limited refreshments available and basic but a great cinema experience in a tidy retro building.
Excellent customer service and care the toilets r clean and were very modern prices are cheap and they have a great range of movies. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just a note there's no toilets for public use only those beyond the movies check point but my wife really need toilet the the staff were very reasonable and let her go as well as me then we came back to main entrance. The movie was great. Thanks for a lovely movie experience
