Went to see the second Wicked movie here in 4DX. What an experience, I definitely don't need a body massage after that. The seats were comfortable with cup holders and make sure you turn the water spray on. The food and drinks are expensive, wish I had taken my own tbh. Friendly staff who were also helpful.
Great atmosphere! Luxurious but cosy at the same time. High ceilings, room to breathe, and well-kept. Lovely light levels, atmospheric. Pricey food stalls but that's usual for this type of cinema. Staff could be better at explaining deals and in general a little more helpful. Great screens, lots of room, good sound. A very good cinema.
Took the smallest humans in our family to watch a film at Cineworld on the £1 offer for kids in the summer holidays, what a great deal that is!! They enjoyed it, great if you have kids that your not sure will sit through a while film as you can just leave when they have had enough without worrying that you spent a fortune!
Visited for the 1st time. Watched Superman in Imax. The screen is big, neat, clean and the seats are also good., pretty big, and the audio quality is also amazingly crisp.
The machine wouldn’t print my ticket. The lady behind the counter was quite rude and was asking me for the seat number which I had booked. Who would remember this without a printed ticket? Eventually another guy just printed it as he saw that someone had bought a ticket a few minutes ago on his system and I was the only person there. Just ridiculous. Try to maintain your facilities and train your staffs out basic customer service.
Definitely a good place to watch a movie, it’s clean, it’s modern in design, there is the usual snacks available ie popcorn etc, and Starbucks for the coffee etc lovers. The movie audio is spectacular, the picture quality is A1, the seats are so comfortable with a drinks holder built in, the movie experience is definitely enhanced at this cinema
Clean airy space, friendly staff. comfortable seats .parking close. Reason for loss of star: I am disabled with mobility issues. The only seats available to me were in the first/ second row - right close to the screen. Other cinemas in the area - Hatfield and Welwyn - have their disabled access seats at the rear of the cinema.
