Very bad theatre experience. The lights were kept on throughout the entire movie, which completely ruined the atmosphere and viewing experience. Watching a film without proper darkness takes away the whole point of going to a theatre. Despite paying full price, the basic standards were not maintained. Extremely disappointing and not recommended unless management improves these issues.

Good cinema: I gave it four out of five stars because the red seats were cozy and comfy, the screening is very good, the popcorn, the drinks, the nachos with jalapeños and the salsa dip were nice and crunchy like crisps also the staff in Cineword Luton were nice, but the only thing about this cinema in Cineword Luton is the toilets. The toilets in the Cineword Luton are okay but I just want them to be clean, hygienic and tidied up

I had an amazing experience with your colleague Shuahib Miah. He was super smiley and very funny. The way he elagantly handed me my popcorn was out of this world. Best experience ever. I will come back just for him.

I haven’t been to cineworld in a while as it’s not our local. But we wanted to see wicked: for good so came to Luton especially. The customer service wasn’t good at all. All the staff mumbled and scanned tickets in a ‘can’t be asked’ way even when we were friendly and said hello to them, thanked them for our popcorn, drinks, scanning us in etc. They all stood around doing nothing and kept staring over like we weren’t welcome. Seemed like they all couldn’t wait to go home. I understand ‘minimum wage minimum effort’ but it was a shame as we haven’t been here for a long time and the standard seems to have slipped. The only member of staff who helped with a smile was Chloe. She explained to us about the trailers and showed us the new wicked merch to buy which was kind of her. She seemed to be the only member of staff who had any customer service skills and made an effort to approach customers to answer questions. She was really approachable and a credit to the theatre. Everyone else seemed very judgemental and it’s off putting to customers who enter the building. The seats were also super uncomfortable. They flip up and have a massive gap in the back so you feel like you are falling through. The film was excellent but the venue not to much. Not a good impression at all- will be sticking to our local next time.

Very poor theatre experience. Screen and theatre is too small, still the angle was not even corrected as fits on the screen. First 10 min we can't see full screen and subtitles was only half visible. Then they corrected it. I watched an Indian (malayalam) movie, i think they don't know when the movie finish, bcz before 5 minutes movie ends they switched on the lights. Need to improve the quality of service.

The worst movie-going experience of my life and I am not exaggerating. The screen was very small for the price, the theater was arranged in a way that only movie theaters know, the people who frequented it had no respect for the audience (constant phone use and trips to the restroom), the 3D did not seem to work with the screen which completely ruined the immersion of the film (I won't mention the name of the movie) Special mention to the group of teenagers who were able to have fun for half the film by disturbing the audience (throwing popcorn, noise, laughter, and leaving the floor covered in popcorn) And finally, the cherry on top was the moldy-tasting popcorn, when the manager tasted it and looked at me haughtily to confirm that the taste was normal. In short, avoid it.

I watched there the Avatar: Way of the water 3D. Before the movie we have to wait minutes, because they cleaned the theatre. I bought drink here, the staff was very friendly. The chairs were comfortable and the 3D was amazing.

This place is filthy. They charge like vue cinema but the screens are a joke. Too small and dirty. Never again!

The seats are so uncomfortable and I visited this cinema two times and every time the seats gave me hard time to adjust. They don’t have Pepsi when you ask them they don’t have syrup for that. Pop corns were oily and the prices are really high for the quality of food they are providing. The screen 2 was small to watch the movie and toilets were smelly and dirty. Long queues to wait to get your food as the staff service is really slow.

I am having a great experience every time but this time at late night they have no nachos and tea and for the half of movie they clean the snacks place and nothing was left there.... Which is very disappointing...
