   DO NOT PARK HERE - APP only. Go to another town. If you really do have to use St Neots only use the council owned parks (e.g. Riverside) which take card payments. The coin machine is gummed up, the card machine is closed so its app only - and that has been designed to make the user journey as painful as possible presumably to maximise the £100 fines. Brittania parking seems either unethical or incompetent. Even their own website has this carpark in the wrong location!

   Clearly the car park is quite conveniently located, but the company who maintains the payment system is a joke... so be warned. - the ticket machines never seem to be working. I'm not the only one who has highlighted this in reviews. - it has swallowed my coins and not given a ticket. - when the system payment fails and you get a ticket fine, then it seems impossible to pay online and you can't contact them to pay via phone. I don't suppose that the company who maintains the car park and ticketing system cares. I am not sure that whoever owns the site cares either. This isn't a new issue. But, at least this can be highlighted to potential users of the car park.

   Car park machines are never working. I called the number shown on the broken machine and was told I owed £1.00 which I paid immediately. Have now received a parking charge notice for this stay. I am contesting it but what a disgrace! MAINTAIN YOUR MACHINES!!!!

   Visited Car Park Friday 10 Sept 2021. Arrived approximately @ 1645 PAY ON DEPARTURE signs displayed. Tried to pay on Departure @ approximately 1840; One machine out of action, the other stopped the process at the point of trying to pay. Information in 3 windows at bottom of machine 90% unreadable. Tried to pay on line but programme froze. Next step - I await FPN ?? Looking at the ongoing complaints on local Facebook Page about the Pay Machines at this Car Park, nobody checks them to see if they work and to maintain them. Only interested in issuing FPN.

   As car parks go it is fine. Not the biggest, but neither is the cinema so it's serviceable. Fairly cheap, was £1 for a 2 hour stay yesterday evening. The charges are clear, pay on exit, just need your number plate. The turning to get into the car park is not obvious. Hard turn when you see Dominos!
