   On hot days you are best getting your children there before it gets busy, but overall it was clean and the kids absolutely loved it. There were plenty of water cannons, tip buckets and other things to enter the kids and more importantly get them very wet!

   Free splash play area right on the seafront. Limited space but amazing to find such a fun play area for free so close to the beach. Believe it or not parking was free as well! Would securely splash again

   A wonderful place for little ones to spend some time and simply enjoy a refreshing cold activity. Close to the beach, great view and FREE. You can also keep an eye on your child from up top.

   So great having this place locally for free, only down side is no changing rooms but we used the toilets up the hill to get dressed and then played in the park a bit. Great cheap day out with lots of fun!

   We visited on a very hot day and it was brilliant to keep cool but it did get super busy and some of the older children weren't nice. They did take over leaving the little ones standing wanting a go. Wouldn't be amazing if it was manned so numbers could be checked and children could be told to calm as parents send them on and chat outside the gate. Such a good idea though and amazing it's free. We went back on after the beach to wash the sand off. We are local but don't use as much as it's so busy.,

   This is a free and fun activity for ages 1 to adults!!! You can spend as long as you like, there are benches around the area to sit and watch. It's good clean fun for all, but you will get wet!!! There were some dry parts around the outside edge nearest the sea but the wind did blow a little spray my way!!! No shoes allowed in but the surface was antislip. There is a tap just inside to wash the sand off your feet as sand clogs the filter. There are a couple of little fountains just near the gate for the unsure /younger children but soon they see the other children playing and go further in. We spent a very happy hour here. It's just by the stairs near the Cliff Hotel, and by the Banksy and yacht pond.
