   Using my membership for a few visits and have encountered a number of issues. Firstly arrived to find changing rooms were filthy on Sunday 9th November and again today on Wed 12th November. Telling that no one appears to be keeping an eye on standards. A number of the interactive TRACC equipment features just don't work or aren't serviced. Why offer this if you're not checking or keeping it working. Access to the spa (Sauna and Steam roo) area is extremely limited without any good justification. I asked why and was told it was because learn to swim was using the pool. A total of 4 swimmers. If they are using the pool I'm not sure how it can be justified for closing the spa area. Certainly it's not a safeguarding risk as the area is fully supervised, so fail to see the justification other than can't be bothered to maintain it during these times. Especially when the rates charged are not cheap. This is a multi million pound taxpayer funded resource and the cleaning and access to the facilities falls well below what I would expect as a paying member. The management company needs to start enforcing some standards and represent it members not put up excuses and blocks.

   Helpful and friendly staff. Some great classes to suit most requirements, although the number of places varies. Could improve quantity and variety of classes available at weekends and early mornings. Pilates classes usually over subscribed so I'm sure extra classes would be welcomed. Not always easy to cancel your bookings last minute as the app won't allow it and the telephone is rarely answered. An answerphone would help. It would also be useful if a text message could be sent when you move from a waitlist to a booking so that you don't have to keep checking the app.

   I've been a member for several years and find the centre convenient, good value, and a local asset. The classes are excellent with Kelly's Pilates session a highlight, somemore classes with Kelly would go down well with all. Josie's classes are a mainstay for a range of keep fit. We are so lucky to have Nickys bi-weekly Yoga sessions, keeps me moving and comfortable. We recently lost our Spin sessions and would appreciate them back on, Amy and Sue were great. The centre could do with a daily cleaner over the whole day and attention to some of the snagging estate jobs, we miss Tony. I really appreciate the help of Amanda on the front desk and Chloe is friendly helpful pleasent and hard working. Jamie duty manager is always friendly. Thank You

   What a fantastic upturn recently, Ant, Amanda and Summer continue to impress in the reception area, always a warm welcome and super helpful with memberships and timetables but lately I’ve noticed a few new machines and the gym area is a LOT tidier but the changing rooms seem a lot cleaner (finally dry floors!) the steam room seemed to be working at a higher level than before plus smells amazing and the sauna is 3x hotter and more beneficial than ever and they’ve even replaced the timer. They’re not the cheapest it’s true but these improvements and the new standards are exactly why no one minds paying a bit extra. Keep up the great work guys

   I've not been a member long and I've always thought it was a great place to come anyway but lately thongs have reached a new high. Gym is great, pool/ sauna/ steam room are EXCELLENT with the new changes and the general cleanliness and tidiness of the facility really stands out. Big thanks to Ant and the reception team for all they've done for me too.

   BE WARNED. I tried to give a months notice to cancel swimming lesson on Saturday only to be told I need to give them NINE weeks notice, due to them applying to take direct debit payments two weeks in advance and then adding deposit money as well (rather than them refunding it). You can not take it up with a manager because to quote “He’s never here” Very unhelpful front of house staff. Will not be coming back here

   I have just cancelled my membership. Th Pheonix has sadly deteriorated since I joined. They are penny pinching by closing the steam room and sauna during the day, the shower doesn’t work in there anyway. I have contacted head office but my comments fall on deaf ears.

   Shocking pool and shower temperature for children! Week after week they are freezing cold! Happy to take your money but obviously trying to save pennies!

   Excellent gym full of all necessary facilities. It contains industrial air-con systems to help keep you cool during your exercises, especially on these hot, humid and sticky days.
