   Great facilities, always lovely and clean, staff are friendly. Accessible hours for using the pool, and it’s never ‘too’ busy. The sauna and steam room as always kept clean too, as well as the changing rooms. The gym isn’t the biggest, but so far I haven’t struggled to find space on any of the equipment. I’ve visited both early morning and late evening and there is always room to use what you would like. Occasionally we’ve had to wait long periods of time to speak to a member of staff at the front desk (usually when having difficulty using the access fob), but it’s usually because staff are busy helping elsewhere, rather than neglecting duties etc. Overall lovely and friendly, would recommend.

   We use the pool here occasionally. It's not the best. I checked online to makesure the pool was open and turned up with my daughter to find out they had in fact had to shut the pool due to staff shortages. I emailed the night before to double check you didn't have to pre book and that email was answered a few days later. Unfortunately it seems lacking in organisation at the moment. Probably better if you're taking a little one in the learner pool or just lane swimming.

   Swim here at least 3 times a week and the pool and changing rooms are clean. Staff are constantly cleaning the shower areas and are really nice. Pool is a good size and very deep at one end.
