   Stayed two weeks, entertainment is atrocious, run by what can only be described as children two employees called troopers both cannot sing and both repeat the same songs every time, very disappointing experience. Bar is very overpriced and the site pitches are literally on top of each other with no privacy , no shop on the site have to drive down the road to the sister site which also has no launderette been closed for years and the main site has two washing machines and two tumble dryers that’s it. I would say that the toilets and showers are maintained fairly well. Overall not brilliant.

   A great place to see wetland birds. With 2 tides a day exposing the mud banks there are literally thousands of waders, grebes, egrets and ducks. I've even seen an osprey over the water in the past. Also wonderful skies with mystical light on some days.

   We were hiking from Great Yarmouth all the way to Acle. Had to take the route along Breydon Water. Despite nice weather, we didn’t have a pleasant experience walking along the water, the water is extremely dirty and there was nothing to see around (no tree, no flower, no scenery). A big AVOID when you are planning your walking/hiking route.
