    I feel compelled to write this review following two recent visits to your store, where my mother and I were assisted by Jackie. Jackie was not only welcoming but also exceptionally attentive. She went out of her way to ensure we were catered for with our purchases. What i enjoyed most was her wonderfully personable approach, which immediately put us both at ease. Please pass on our thanks to Jackie for providing such a class shopping experience.

    Very convenient for free returns. The staff scan your returns and job done. The toilets are clean. One is accessible and has a baby change. They also sell cloths and have a small homewares section.

    They have loads of items on messy racks with sale prices written on the back which are clearly to be part of a sale but apparently they’re not the prices because it doesn’t have a ‘sale’ sticker on… the sale isn’t to start for a few days. Not sure that’s even legal, very misleading. Clearly a way for their lazy staff to not have to do the work at the time of the sale. Also we were lied to about there not being a manager to talk to.

    Good sized Next store spread across two floors. Men and homeware upstairs and Ladies/kids downstairs. Picked up a couple of items here when visiting as for once had plenty in my size.

    Not my kind of shopping experience honestly. Too busy, to long a queue, staff not very engaging at the till but mini me shoes were a good fit!

    Not a large store, but has the basics you need. As usual the ground floor is the ladies dept. Upstairs there is a small mens dept. With the normal chinos, jeans and t/polo shirts. Also upstairs is a small Home dept. There is also an in-store Costa upstairs, which is daft as there is one almost opposite! Staff are helpful and the prices are standard.

    Good location in St James shopping centre. Good value for money, great selection of clothes and perfume, a lot more choice than Ashford branch. Even have a Costa coffee shop upstairs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again.
