POSSIBLE SCAM!!! Never dealt with a company where they clearly do not give a **** about you as a customer. Ordered a bike for Xmas and was told will be here. When chased I was told won't arrive for Xmas. I said not even an apology and Amy replied anything else I can help with. Wait you have had my money for over a week on the agreement you were going to deliver a bike and that is your response. I think this company may be a scam so be very very wary of them!!

Website is easy to use. I prefer to use independent companies but they added 20% VAT to their declared prices with no reference to it on the sales page. The 20 % is added on the the final payment page. The previous page is made to look like the final payment, with no vat mentioned, then you just click again amd 20% added. Its underhand. Declare your full price up front! Won't be using again.

I ordered 10 comfort blankets for my baby because they keep getting lost. Two weeks after placing the order we hadn’t received any correspondence or our delivery, we had just received the original e mail stating that delivery would be in 2-5 days. After 2 weeks we phoned up and was told they would be going out for post in a day or 2, as there were only 7 in stock and they were waiting for the last 3 before they sent out. A week later we had received no more correspondence so we phoned up to be told they were still waiting, we asked if they could possibly send what they had in stock and send the remaining when they had them, keep in mind it has now been 3 weeks and we haven’t received any updates, the customer service agent (if you could call them that) said they could do that if we were to pay postage again to send the second delivery. This company deserves to go bankrupt based on this encounter and I’m sure they will. I’m so bored of business blaming the economy on their struggles, when they are offering customer service like this. Steer clear, they may or may not send your item out (my order value was about £80) so only order what you can afford to lose, because I’m sure of I wasn’t chasing them it wouldn’t have been sent at all! In the end I asked they send the 7 and refund the 3 and I will be blacklisting this company with all of my friends and family!

The Toy Street website was easy to maneuver and had amazing prices. I ordered a wooden toy train for my son easily and shipping was very quick. I was impressed with the tracking information that was consistently provided. Although my experience ordering was easy and I have no complaints in that department, my purchase was never received and was sent back to the seller as my delivery address was illegible once it was received in Canada. My order was shipped back to the seller about 10 days ago and I have had no luck getting ahold of them in an attempt to have the toy reshipped to me, or to get a refund. My complaint has little to do with Toy Street and more to do with the lack of delivery of my toy train.

We found this company whilst looking for Christmas presents for our two small children. Items seemed well priced and competitive. We found that the only option for delivery was Parcel Force, rather than some of the more competitively priced companies to be a shame. But payed the expensive price anyway. The company claims to have next day delivery, but did not even DISPATCH our item for 12 days. After making a complaint about it not been sent out to parcel force, we were just told sorry. It almost did not arrive for Christmas even though the purchase was made well in advance. The replies from the company didn't seem to care as now they had our money. A very disappointing service, and would not trust them again.

Ordered an item and incorrect item was received and clearly incorrectly advertised, when I contacted to try and get it sorted no apology was given and I was just told to send back and I’d have a refund not the correct item sent as they made a mistake, still no apology. Wanted to shop without using Amazon this year but this has proved to me Amazon is easier and best prices. Customer service 0 stars

Should have read the reviews before trying to buy from here ! 2-5 days shipping…. Waited 10 days with no item so decided to give them a call. Was fobbed off and told it was in the process of being moved from another warehouse BUT I would receive a shipping notification by Thursday latest (4 days after the call) still nothing by the following Monday. Then I received an email on the Tuesday saying they could not fulfil my order. 19 days after I placed the order.
