We have just got back from a wonderful holiday in Exmouth with Nigel and Sandie and we really enjoyed the excusion to Bicton Park and the train ride was exelant.
I recently went to Isle of Wight , I was disappointed with my bedroom as I was unable to sleep due to generator going and hot room. Due to cooking smells this was unpleasant.Single rooms located out the back of the hotel. Food was excellent Sandown was run down and like a disused uninhabited place . Communication was poor and lack of information particularly on the free days at the weekend spoilt the trip.
Just returned from a most enjoyable trip to the Isle of Man .Very comfortable hotel and tasty good quality meals.Very well organised excursions to interesting places.The coach although more than a decade old was immaculate , beautifully clean and very comfortable with good seats and ride comfort .Both Sandi and Nigel were both very professional but at the same time friendly. Nigel's driving is of the highest standard making you totally relaxed on board.Although we are normally independent travellers we really were very pleased with Exclusive Holidays and can recommend without reservation. I called this company in May and left a message. A week later having not had the courtesy of a reply I emailed them. I then received an apology that the message had not been passed. I enquired regarding the 2019 brochure and was assured that one would be sent later in the year. I wanted to treat my Mother to the Cornish trip and take advantage of the single rooms with no supplement. However, having not received the brochure to date, I have just called to be told the brochure has been available since June ‘they think one was sent but it must have got lost in the post, and sorry all the single rooms without supplement have gone’. Complete bloody shambles.
