   Re. eye test and prescription: All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; my dad needs a bit more time to process information, patience when answering questions and just a bit more help focusing and knowing what he needs to do and where to go - staff were kind and supportive and he was at ease during his visit. Aaron was clear, direct and also encouraging - my dad is very nervous with anything medical, so having that high level of professional support means the world. The lady staffing the counter also helped my dad take the lift (she rode down with him) when he was finished. We couldn't have felt better looked after.

   Was in a predicament on holiday and had to get my wife's blood pressure checked following a visit to A&E needed 3 readings for days. Other pharmacy s wouldn't do do it for some rediculous NHS ruling.but thanks to John the pharmacist who did do it without question and was extremely helpful and reassuring untill we go home Friday..once again thank you this man. Restores your faith in human nature.

   Everyone didn’t want to know when asking for direction on some specific products. After eventually finding what we needed we waited for what seemed like at least five minutes to be served at a till as all staff when we asked to be served said they weren’t in that department and someone else needed to serve at a till.

   As I have recently been diagnosed with bells palsy i am so insecure of my facial features, my eye was extremely dry due to non closure and I went to the pharmacy for advice I met this lovely lady behind the pharmacy with short blonde hair (unfortunately she didnt have a name badge on) she was incredible, she went above and beyond for me today and even wished me well on my recovery. The world needs more people like this lady. Thank you for no judgement. Angel sent from above. I hope Boots recognise you as a fabulous employee.

   Absolutely disgusting service Called in yesterday for prescription and only took part of it as they busy. Called in again today 24 hours later Still not ready and abrupt attitude. Was told 15 minutes yet others told half an hour served before me. I was last person out of there. Waited 45 minutes in the end.

   Love this shop I had a little accident in there and come off my scooter the staff and security were so kind and so helpful in getting me up making sure I was ok and not hurt thank you so much. It's a great shop has everything you need in store you can also go upstairs, by elevator or lift great for your prescriptions, medical supplies, hair products, dental hygiene and care. Perfume and after-shave products, makeup, baby supplies, children's clothing plus much more

   Went to the opticians section to collect some prescription sunglasses, efficiently dealt with by a young guy who was very friendly and professional. My wife bought some Rayban sunglasses, which he adjusted to fit. We changed from Specsavers due to wheelchair access issues and are thankful we did.

   Yarmouth is still a great place to visit and to have a holiday. The Seashore Haven Camp is also a wonderful place to stay,,very clean and pleasant. The Silver caravan is very good and very comfortable.
