   We spent £11 in this shop and were waiting for a family member. Disappointed with the customer service. I was rudely asked to move my car from outside the shop even though there were plenty of parking spaces available. The staff’s attitude was unnecessary and unwelcoming not the kind of experience you’d expect as a paying customer. Also, I was on a very important call!

   Check your receipts as they charge you more than they should. Different prices on the shelves and different when you going to pay. They got offers , but end up charging normal price.

   The staff here are so rude! I appreciate that sending off/scanning parcels gets repetitive and annoying, but it is not my fault! Every time you go in there it’s like you’ve made them do something absolutely awful. I wouldn’t go there by choice. After ripping so many people off with their prices you would have thought they’d have enough money to pay for courses in customer service.

   Clearly a new assistant in the shop this evening who was left to get on with running a busy shop with no training and little understanding of English. Customer infront of me wanted to pay for his shopping using funds won on a lottery ticket, she didn't know how to work the machine. Then I wanted to collect a parcel she didn't know how to check which was mine even though I gave her ID she said she didn't know what to do to come back at 9:30pm, ahh no, I want it now. I had one item to purchase and I also wanted a lottery ticket but as she didn't know how to work it that didn't happen and she wanted me to spend a fiver before accepting card payment, if she knew what to do with lottery machine my purchases would've been over that. Very disappointing, meant to be a local convenience store.

   I dropped a parcel booked for DHL collection after arranging with Parcel2Go on 12th July 2021. After being told it had not been received I called Woodside Store to be told it had been scanned and I had a receipt given to me. Correct but I lost it. DHL called but it was not in their records. After lots of other calls I finally got back to Woodside Stores on 11/10/21 to be told 'Yes it is still here'. I would have thought that as it was in the corner for 2 1/2 months where all courier parcels are left it would have been looked into why it was still there. When I collected it, I was told 'DHL hasn't collected it'. I called DHL and was told it was never scanned into their system. I will not trust this Woodside Store drop off ever again.

   Went here today she wanted £5 for two tyskies beer every other shop they’re £1.25 each approximately so didn’t bother when you can get 4 cans of better beer in any other shop for a fiver never going back to this shop what a joke she obviously over charging to put in her own pocket shocking behaviour sack her she will only cause you to lose more customers
