   Very average shopping experience, moves to keep key Christmas products on sale had not been made and it resulted in pastry, sausage meat, chestnuts, prawns, yorkshires, quality roasting potatoes, some sausage products and pickles. For a store with this much experience this just shouldn’t happen, however in fairness to the Lowestoft store it was the identical mistakes made in the Gt Yarmouth store again with oodles of experience. At least the stock moves will be nice a gentle on the colleagues and the store can get back to normal very quickly. A trip to Morrisons it is then to get the basic Christmas goodies.

   Did our weekend shop as week do here fairly regularly. Once again our scan as you shop required checking, over 40 items close to half of what we bought, we may as well have gone to a till. However hardly any were open and only one person to check and help of the scan as you shop section. Staff were stressed and stated management don't listen or help either.

   Ok this has come to my attention I've gone upstairs to the cafe and ordered my food i politely asked do you have soft drinks they said to my left I looked at the price of a can of coke 2.15 Why is that when you go down stairs to the shop floor the price is no where near pluss it's scandalous and your representing the same company I think trading standards?

   A large tescos easily found off of the roundabout. Plenty of parking. 3 hours maximum parking stay. Good selection. Till service was fast and efficient. Nothing to complain about here!

   The store has a huge car park, and the the parking here is free. There is also a bus stop outside the store as well. There is a huge selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and quality foods. The shelves are usually quite tidy and well stocked. There are lots of checkouts too. The staff are helpful if you need help finding an item. This store also has a cafe, phone shop section, a clothing department, travel money exchange booth, passport photo booth, a nearby Tesco petrol station, and a Timpsons (which offers services such as dry cleaning, key cutting, tech repairs)

   My partner came to the store today to withdraw cash but hit the limit so decided to come into the store and buy a few things and try and get cashback. He was served at the tills by a lady called Julie Knights on checkout 016 who was very rude. She rudely told him that he couldn’t do it there and that he has to go to the customer services desk. This was fine and he replied saying that it was because he had hit the limit on the ATM outside. To this, her response was “well that’s your problem”. When it came to paying for his goods the receipt was thrown to the bottom of the till rather than being handed to him. Hopefully this has nothing to do with race but I find this odd considering there were a few elderly white customers served before him who were handed their receipt but my mixed raced partner’s was thrown towards him despite his hand being out, ready to receive it. Very disappointing customer service from this member of staff especially during the festive season.

   This was a good location for store location, they are loads of holiday parks around in this area. There is fuel available to purchase, of course. Would be nice to have for free now and again. Set up of the location determined by on trendy and it’s nice to see something different. Lots of aisles to look at, for most things you need. Lost a star because there is no hot deli counter but bakery is available to use. The alcohol section is smaller than most Tesco but they have set it to maximise the area
