   Shocking service every time I need to collect my diabetes prescriptions Either come back in 40 minutes or my GP practice hasn't sent over prescription..lie Had to wait over a week for my meds,could have been in a diabetic coma

   Shocking shocking service, would give 0 stars if i could. I left it 3 days after i knew the doctors had sent my prescription over to them and as mentioned by other reviewers it had been printed and put into a little basket but not actually been made up. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes and when i said to another customer i wouldn't mind but they had had it for 3 days, a snotty woman said "well, we do receive 1200 prescription requests a day"(bs) and "i should of rung first to see if it was ready".... i took my prescription coz i couldn't wait the 45mins as I was in a rush and had made a special journey to collect it as it was and got it prescribed elsewhere within 5 minutes

   Rest assured,if you need help,and you're afraid to ask,don't be! The staff at Britannia Pharmacy put me at ease and have gone ubove and beyond for me. When I was really unwell with coving 19,the head pharmacist delivered me my medication!!! As I didn't have anyone else at the time!! Amazing, I'll never forget that. And the ladies that work there,are so nice. Patient and non judgemental. I admire and appreciate them all.
