I have always found the pharmacy to be very helpful. They send messages when your prescribed medication is ready. The GP practice write the prescription and send it electronically to the pharmacy. The pharmacy is prompt and efficient in dispensing. An excellent local service. Friendly staff.

The pharmacist here seemed highly annoyed to be asked to check a rash on my 5 year old. We were made to feel like an inconvenience.

Wellbeing Pharmacy have supported Brook House for well over 12 months with all of our service users prescriptions, have generated our MAR charts and go above and beyond in supporting us. Jenny is fantastic and is really the only person I am happy speaking to at Wellbeing. I trust her implicitly to get things right in supporting our vulnerable service users and she knows her job inside and out. Jenny is always friendly, supportive and professional and I know if she is there any queries will be dealt with promptly and no question or query I have is ever considered stupid or 'too much'. I sometimes experience 'technical' difficulties if Jenny isn't available as other staff at Wellbeing do not always communicate effectively, but Jenny is always quick to resolve any problems.
