Always a pleasure to use this pharmacy. The staff are friendly and efficient. It is easy to park at Shortstown, and prescriptions are fulfilled much quicker than at the larger pharmacy next door to my surgery.
Sent 2 messages to say medication was ready, arrived and they had half of it not in stock, and wouldn't ever have it available. 3rd time this week when I've been in that I've heard this. I think they need a new supplier.....
avoid going here if you can! staff members are not friendly and not helpful either i have my phone number added so i know when i can pick up my prescriptions but that doesn't even work get your medication from somewhere else if you can!

Excellent service - if straight forward repeat, my prescription is ready within 24 hours so brilliant. If there is a problem with GP repeating prescription or supply, we are immediately informed and still quickly dealt with. The staff are all friendly and helpful so am very pleased and grateful for such a great pharmacy. Thank you so much xx
Miserable staff, it appears they must hate their job. This pharmacy is quick to take your money but will refuse you a refund. If you want a caring, understanding and empathetic experience avoid this place and go elsewhere. I will get my future prescriptions from Tesco from now on.
I noticed this Pharmacy has changed ownership a few months ago. Since they changed they have been so much more caring and helpful. I had to get a private prescription filled. The Pharmacist (young looking man), pointed out that the way it was prescribed would be quite wasteful and expensive, and took the time to write out costings and alternatives for me to take back to the prescribing consultant. He has potentially saved me £200 a year. This is the *second* time he's pointed out ways to save money on prescribed medicines. The rest of the staff are just as helpful and pleasant. Caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect community Pharmacy.
Needed a blood pressure test. Booked in with the pharmacist. He was great. So warm and friendly and knowledgeable.
My husband has tonsillitis and it got so bad that on Christmas Day he decided he really needed some antibiotics as he was in such a bad way. Went to Phoenix Pharmacy and they didn’t have the right stuff in stock. However they had it at the other pharmacy which was closed (as it was Christmas Day). The amazing pharmacist offered to drive over to the other place to get it for us so we could enjoy Christmas. Absolutely amazing service. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!
Not sure why the low ratings, but I’ve had nothing but stellar service and care at this pharmacy. The techs and the pharmacists are caring and brilliant and have always gone above and beyond to assist me. They take the time to get to know their customers, and I personally really like that vs the impersonal service you get from a larger pharmacy. Love Shortstown Pharmacy!
