   Spoke with Helen today. Delightful young lady who helped me with signing up and prescription details; details matter. Can imagine the very high traffic Cherry must have, but it doesn't stop them them from being Highly valued in helping the community in their medical pharmaceutical needs. Honestly, they deserve an award! It's definitely NOT a game, nor easy to manage people's needs, especially when the patient is in pain or has been let down in other areas by other agencies /people. Hope everyone remembers to be kind to those who serve /help others.

   I had been having ear issues couple of months. I booked an appointment for my ears. This guy was fantastic my hearing is restored. The man said it was a challenging ear !    Absolutely blown away by how fantastic this pharmacy is. Only used the pharmacy but the staff are so incredibly kind and friendly. The store is always clean, the staff always great you with a smile and the time to get your prescription never takes longer than 5 minutes. Highly, highly recommend this pharmacy. They also sell health and beauty products alongside a range of over the counter medicines.

   I use this chemist sometimes when I’m visiting my Mum, staff are always very helpful and friendly & today I had my Covid booster there, I got in early, the pharmacist doing the vaccine was excellent, didn’t feel a thing & in the evening no bruising or tenderness on the arm. I’ve also used the post office & yes sometimes there are long slow queues, so would be good to have extra staff on, but again staff helpful and friendly.

   I cant ever complain about this place, the girls on the tills are brilliant always smiling always welcoming. I spoke to a girl a few months ago about my hair (brightly coloured at the time and the shop was very quiet) whilst picking up my medication its lovely when sales assistants are friendly and open, I've never had a problem with collecting meds and it's never taken more than 5 minutes amazing team

   Many of the reviews on here have disregarded the amount of pressure this pharmacy has undergone due to a lack of post offices in Rushden, especially during the pandemic. So far I have had only positive experiences at Cherry Pharmacy and the staff there have been very helpful even during this stressful and busy time. There are now mandatory social distancing regulations in place and often patience is required but the staff do everything they can to deliver service to customers.

   The pharmacy staff have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions in helping both my parents to ensure they had their medication on time and in a way that it could be easily dispensed. They have made a very difficult time in our family’s lives easier by making sure the process to get important medications delivered ran smoothly and efficiently every single month. Customer service and communication has been second to none; my parents have had to switch to a new pharmacy because of moving home and we have already discovered that the level of service offered by Cherry’s is sadly not an industry standard. The residents of Rushden are very lucky to have this independent gem of a pharmacy in their town!
