We went to Smarta Healthcare for travel vaccines and we were incredibly impressed with the service. We have two young children who are scared of needles and they were put completely at ease throughout the process. I was due to have ear wax removal at another pharmacy but they cancelled last minute. After a Google search and phone call Smarta managed to fit me at the same time as I was due elsewhere. I have to say Mrs Kaur was great! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and full of advice. After what was a very quiet week, I can now hear my family again (not sure if that is good or not). I'm not sure I said thank you enough on the day.
Very pleased with the service, my father was getting confused with his medication, he now has them delivered in the mediboxes which has made life so much easier. Wish I had known about this service sooner.

Due to various errors from the people in medicine we never see I needed urgent medicine not a routine prescription, but if arrived in time for the DN to give the injection before going off duty. Thanks again you all know who you are both the good guys and not so good. Doubt this will get past the Moderator but it's helping me cope.
Went here yesterday for my 4th Covid vaccine after it had somehow been missed . ( i need 3+1). They were so efficient and knowledgeable. I was so impressed I have signed up to have my medication delivered by them.
