If i could pit zero starts i would!!! Went to the Pharmacy Sunday (St. Neots) to have my daughters ear checked. The pharmacist asked what ear then proceeded to check the wrong one. After checking the correct ear, he states my daughters ear is fine, no problems, even said it looked clear! I asked a few questions which he seemed clueless about. She was in so much pain the next morning that I ended up in urgent care to be told she has a bad bacterial infection in the ear. He looked very concerned when I said about the pharmacist. Apparently a bad ear infection can lead to meningitis and even sepsis! Who gave this guy a job?? I will be making a formal complaint. Glad I trusted my instinct and went for that 2nd opinion.

I think the staff are under paid and over worked, and despite it do an amazing job, always polite and always get my prescription in a timely manner when possible. And I'm very grateful to them.

Really wanted to leave zero stars but cant.Useless at best.Slow as hell told to come back in 15 mins 3 times on one occasion to pick up a regular prescription.Never answer the phone if you want to check if your medication is there very rude.Ended up changing pharmacy to one further away and no issues now.Tesco need to fire all the pharmacy staff and start again

Don't bother. I waited 45 minutes, a dozen people came in after me and got their prescription. When I enquired, they just said I was in the queue, despite being in that queue longer than all those that had been served. Disgusting

Would give 0 star if it was an option. For regular prescriptions sent from your surgery expect an unreasonable waiting period, if you go in before they text it is ready, on average 2 weeks over last 6 months, the response is rude, if you are lucky you can wait 30-40 min for it but generally they will refuse until at least next day. If item is out of stock they will not text at all, they will wait until you eventually turn up to find out what's going on. Terrible service, changing pharmacies now, avoid this place if you can.

Rubbish service. Rushed down to get my daughter relief for chicken pox. Staff behind the counter have said they're closed (even though it's 10 minutes before closing time), obviously just want to clock off and finish. Really poor.

Wow. Pharmacist on Saturday 25th February 2023 was unbelievably rude, no need for it. They take your name on arrival then disappear for an inordinate amount of time, evidently to recheck meds, which I appreciate, but they're already checked and sealed. I'm going back to Boots!

Never answer the phone! Queued for over an hour. Staff are rude. Out of stock of BASIC antibiotics. Go to Boots much better service - only queued for a few minutes, antibiotic in stock, took less than five minutes for them to dispense. Changed my nomination to boots!

Despite having had scripts sent electronically, they are not made up until you have waited in a queue to collect same. The last time I tried to collect something I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes. to collect it. Further, you have to queue to put in your script and then queue again to collect. The whole system needs review and change.

Very bad since Covid it seems that all pharmacies are extinct so you can’t get your tables I don’t blame the staff but the way tesco don’t keep you informed on there web site if it’s closed or open when there is a problem saying open when you get there it’s closed due to they have no pharmacy to check your tables you getting getting bad as trying to find a doctor in person can not find one.
