A fantastic pharmacy. Such friendly, helpful staff who truly have gone above and beyond for me. Good opening times and easily accessible.

Very rude pharmacist. My dad has used this for almost 30 years . He has now gone into end of life care/ palutive care. I'm disabled myself and awaiting multiple surgery's and treatment. I'm sorting out dad's house and put together all of dad's old tables there is a lot 4 massive carrier bags. The heath assistant served me I ask to speak to chemist, but she refused to come from out the back . The chemist was very rude to the young health carer/ assistant. And in a very loud manner stated they did not have the room and would not take any returns. I was advised to put them in the bin. I was taken back by this. I explained that they contained controlled drugs morphine tablets and oral. The young assistant just looked at me . I said to be clear your advice is to just put them in the bin. She again just forced a smile. Clearly the assistant is being bullied by the chemist as she looked terrified. I took the advice and out them in the unsecured bin outside which a number of people Clearly seen what I had put in there. I reported this incident to the health centre and have reported to chemist has offices. I have notified the local police as well. I have disposed of tablets many times over the years by handing them in to the chemist without any problems. I hope and pray no one messed or stole those drugs. I also hope there is a review of safe guarding practices at this chemist. And the correct training and procedures are put in place before there is a tragic incident.

Trust lost when told I could keep my medication in the cupboard only to be told, 3 weeks later by another staff member, it's actually the fridge. They could have apologised, but the staff member lied to cover their back. I insist I was told "it doesn't matter" when I clarified x2 whether it was the fridge or the cupboard. It's a case of she said/she said and if they lie about this I cannot trust them with my prescriptions moving forward. Happily travel to Boots.

They have some excellent bargains for hair and body care products from a pound up. Friendly and helpful staff that are all non judgmental and easy to talk to with informed and educated medical advice. Half day Saturday and open til 6pm weekdays.

Very nice when things are in stock. When they aren't, things seem to go awry. So many owing slips for items not in stock never fulfilled. Then getting cross with the patient when an alternative has to be given. Remember we are the patients, we have no idea what we are being prescribed and what the alternatives are. We have to rely on the expertise of the prescriber and the pharmacist. Saying "it's not what you wanted" is unhelpful and disturbing when all we can do is rely on you to give us advice and an alternative to what we were originally prescribed. Lost my business today. Shame. Go to the big pharmacy, number 4. It's got 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cant give them enough stars! I love the place, there products are sensibly priced and have a really good £1 range. The staff are great and friendly, nothings to much trouble. The pharmacist is great, fantastic sense of humour and goes above and beyond his job description. They no me by name and address me by name every time I go in there, which I love, it shows me that were not just customers to them were individuals! The pharmacist see's all customers as equals and never looks down his nose at you. I moved from Sandy to Biggleswade 2yrs ago but still choose to pick up my medication from hear even though it involves a train or cycle journey.

Wow . £4 for a box of 32 paracetamol. How can this be justified when tesco are running out and you know that you are the only place that we can get our paracetamol from. I'm disgusted that you can take advantage of the elderly and vulnerable when we have no other place to buy them from . You should be ashamed .
