   Had a COVID and Flu vaccine booked through the NHS app with them, as did my dad. Both of us were turned away as they said they didn't know about it. And even when shown proof of the appointment they were unable to honour it.

   I don't like giving a 1* review because the staff are always nice and helpful. The issue I have is that the pharmacy seems to have staffing problems on a Saturday and they are not open. This has happened a few times now and as a result, I have run out of my medication. As a result, I have had to switch pharmacies which is a shame

I don’t know how they’ve had to put up with me but thank you guys anyway and a very good Chemist to come to very professional good Advice, if needed ,update, realy got to know these guys ,and still a year later ,not a problem ,not often you find a good chemist these days ,also some great deals on stock too ,very happy so just want to say thanks to all work in WELL pharmacy

   The staff at the pharmacy is very rude. Came in 7 minutes before closing time at 12:23 on Saturday and they refused to serve me as they were closing down. The opening hours are also horrible. The only day I am able to collect my medicines is Saturday. I'm sure that all the money we are paying for NHS are spent well! The pharmacist at the Knights Brook deserve another payrise.

   Not fit for purpose! We have left this pharmacy for one in Blackthorn because they flit around looking for your prescription every single visit. No medication is made up and bagged prior to collection. You have to wait along with other customers for it to be processed and they say 'we are just dealing with it' even though it is dated days before.

   Its a regular occurence here to have to go back because they dont keep proper supplies, or for them to not give you a complete prescription but not actually tell you anything is missing until the next time. Today was a spectacular. Husband went down to collect mine and our sons regular medication. Handed in all three at the same time. Got sons, sat waiting another ten minutes til he was asked if he was waiting for anything else. They then discovered they had apparently lost my prescription. During the ensuing search, they discovered a box with stuff we were owed from last months, and my missing prescription. Unbelievable. They also have a terrible habit of asking if you want to come back instead of waiting, then not actually making up the prescription til you get back, so you still have to wait. Not using again.
