Just want to mention here, this is so disappointing for patients when they order their prescription. My husband ordered his medicine 11th of December and collected 18th of December after a week, they didn’t informed that the medicine has been arrived. Even we been ringing their landline no one picked up the phone. Because of their negligence my husband suffered a lot of gout pain without medicine. The NHS should take care of their patients and need to improve their prescription services more efficiently. After all, me and my husband paying NI& TAX more than £1000 every month. Should not expect this kind of bad service with pain.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I went to collect a prescription and was told by the pharmacist to return in 30 minutes. When I came back at the advised time, the doors were closed, and I had to wait in a queue for another 30 minutes while staff were inside, appearing relaxed and unbothered. I wasn’t as concerned about my own wait, but it was really upsetting to see elderly people standing in the cold, visibly shivering. I genuinely hope the situation improves for the sake of vulnerable patients who rely on this service.

Why be a pharmacy that doesn’t care about patients wellbeing. Lost medication in past making me ill. Queuing for hours this week to get my medication been in there 5 times this week with a chronic back condition. And still told to come back! He didn’t even look on the shelf for my meds. I asked to wait and he said come back this evening! Like I don’t have better things to do. I have never received a message from them saying my medication is complete. Terrible experience will not be going back I thought I had changed to another branch but it still went there… angry

Can be a very long wait and sometimes I feel some of the staff does not have any sense of urgency especially when the cue can be so long. Also one of the pharmacist is not really interested in checking for sinusitis I had been advised to get it checked by them via 111 and then it was a oh well.. can't just give out anti biotics, gonna have to go see your GP.. you literally have a advert supporting the GPs with these issues but just couldn't of really cared less. apart from them being open late is about the only good thing about this place and that is of course when they don't shut early for whatever reason.

Cancelled my flu jab appt six times, no explanation given. I'd rebook online, only to have another cancellation appear shortly after. This was over a period of several days. Remove the availability to book online if you're unable to fulfil appts!

I arrived with a family member who was having a severe allergic reaction due to ingesting peanuts by accident. Instead of getting an epipen immediately as per protocol as this was clearly an emergency, to administer onsite, the pharmacist proceeded to argue that she can't give me one. When I told her that I am a HCP too and know of cases like this that ended with death, she made me pay over £120 for the epipen. I was in the shop for about 5 to 6 minutes before I got the epipen. Absolutely horrendous conduct for a pharmacy.

Disgusting treatment by staff! Staff are beyond rude and the woman who served my husband today should have no business in any form of customer service. My daughter was running a slight fever so I sent my husband to buy Calpol for infants or anything with paracetamol in syrup form. The pharmacist told him that what he's asking doesn't exist and they don't have it in store. She sold him some dry cough syrup that I have no use for not to mention that it was full of sugars that my daughter is not allowed to have as it was advised by our GP, so I sent him back with a picture of what I need taken off the boots website! It was Calpol for infants goes from 2 months up to 6 years and it literally has paracetamol written on the box. The woman was clearly just being mean for no reason. I will make sure to file an official complaint too. This was abysmal!!!!

I wish I could give minus stars. Literally the slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. Ridiculous waits.

I'm giving 5 stars only because of Jackie (I hope I got her name right). I'm not saying that other staff is "bad". Jackie is just extremely helpful and friendly, when sometimes when dealing with other people in this pharmacy you may feel like an intruder.
