   It is hard enough to get a doctors appointment, which tells us to go to the pharmacy for help first. I spoke to the pharmacy today, who didn't take me to the consultation room as asked to clearly explain my situation. All she kept saying was we don't check anything (dry scalp). I only give recommendations on symptoms. I said I've checked online and I've tried different products but the doctor's surgery, told me to come here. She made me feel dirty, silly and wasn't helpful one bit. Awful service won't be coming back here. Boots is better!!

   Excellent service – extremely good and helpful staff. In my view this is an excellent pharmacy. The staff are so caring and thorough. I have even had phone calls from the pharmacist to check up on how I was getting on with new medication. No other pharmacy has ever done that before. They normally have the meds in stock but if not, they can usually obtain them for delivery next day. I have never had to queue for very long and when I have wanted advice, they have been so helpful. I used to use Cox and Robinson on Walnut Tree but when it git taken over by Peak Pharmacy it went downhill in that there was often a week’s wait from when the surgery issued a prescription to when the prescription was ready to collect and considering one often (though not always) has to wait a week for the prescription to be issued in the first place, that was not good. I have never had this issue with Asda. I have also used Asda for flu vaccinations. again, so easy to book an appointment and get it done, no fuss but I never felt rushed either.

   Pharmacy treated me with disrespect and refused to help. I believe they tried to cheat me by deliberately giving me less prescription tablets and became hostile towards me when I found them out just offering me a refund and taking the tablets away in an angry mood. They then made me wait whilst they attended other customers instead of giving me my refund immediately. The manager was also useless. He did nothing to support the customer.
