I'm not sure how the pharmacist is still here.. doesn't help anyone that goes in. Has no idea what she's doing in concerns with sore throats/ ears ect why offer this service of your not going to do the job properly!! To then take my daughter to finedon pharmacy and shes instantly given antibiotics as she has a case of tonsillitis. Outrageous!!
Not much of a pharmacy if the pharmacist refuses to help any time you ask. She seems to pick and choose the people she’s willing to help. Entered an empty pharmacy and asked her for assistance with a medical issue as I struggled to get a doctors appointment, didn’t speak to me and just told front of house to give me drops. As I was leaving, a white person asked for help and she seemed to assist them straight away. This isn’t the first time, she always refuses to speak with any of my family members. Disgusting attitude.
Thank you to the lovely ladies who have been a huge help in getting my dad’s medication for him. I am having to go several times a week and they have never given the impression anything is too much trouble for them. They are friendly and have even asked how we are getting on too. I will forever be grateful for their kindness.
Pharmacy should have opened at 8:30am at 8:36am the pharmacist arrived and then the doors were opened.
The last 2 months the cowboys lioyds pharmacy have not had my medication in if I get I'll its down to lioyds pharmacy
Service in general isn't the issue, however one member of staff seems to get some for of sadistic pleasure shouting near enough when the pharmacy is full as to why I am exempt. Then when I quietly say I get filthy looks and my prescription ripped out my hand. I'm sorry my reasons are my own and I'm not exactly happy about it,after working 22 years to be thrown on a scrapheap!!! This person I will be getting the name of and making a formal complaint as Frankly they have absolutely no right treating anyone in this manner!
Fortunately I don't have to visit here often, as I had to go to the surgery today, I thought I would go at opening time or close to ahead of my 9.00 appointment. A short queue was ahead of myself, but the door was locked and at 8.36 the Pharmacist arrived, parked in a customer parking space, walked past everyone. when they let every one in no apology for opening late, we all have busy lives and sometimes it cant be helped, but there were staff insider they would have known people were waiting, it all just makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone. It's not acceptable to just rock up and make people wait like that with no apology or acknowledgement, when working with people you need to man up and take responsibility and just be human and apologise..
Staff are excellent. They worked like angels during the pandemic. All while serving a community growing much bigger everyday. They are always helpful, work as fast as they can and are always polite, even when busy and under pressure.
