   My local pharmacy had a system down issue and I could not get an urgent prescription. I went into Lloyds and the Pharmacist was extremely helpfull. Went above and beyond to make up the prescription despite me not being a regular.If I have anymore issues with my local pharmacy I`m going to choose to have my prescription made up there. Most helpful.

   So helpful my husband needed heart meds that he had forgotten to order they were prepared to wait for him to get there yesterday evening he made it in time but that's why our health professionals and workers at the chemists deserve 6 stars but I can only score 5 thankyou so much

   This used to be a great pharmacy, but lately standards have dropped. Prescriptions are never ready to collect, which means waiting up to 20 minutes for a Prescription to be prepared. They asked me to call ahead before collection so they could have it ready. I tried this twice giving 3 hours plus. The prescription was not dispensed or checked either time. After giving them 4 months to sort their NEW system out. I have given up and changed pharmacy. Complete waste of time.

   Staff here are brilliant, very helpful and have always listened to me when I have had a concern or query. I receive a text message confirming when my prescriptions are ready for collection. You can pay a monthly subscription too which was extremely easy to set up. I would throughly recommend this pharmacy.

   Very poor service. Say open at 830. They just leave customers standing on the path. When you knock the door you get a dirty look. Then they say they can't open as the pharmacy is not their. So you can't even pick up repeat prescriptions. But they can send the delivery driver out with orders if you have them delivered. This is not a one off this has happened to me 5 times. Have now changed were my prescriptions go to.
