   Terrible customer service. Text message received to say my mum’s prescription was ready for collection. Drive over to collect only to be told they were out of stock and that she would have to contact her GP to get them to prescribe something else!? Really rude staff and no explanation or apology as to why my mum had received a message saying it was ready for collection! Today I attended to get my flu jab which I had booked days in advance, only to be told ‘we haven’t got any - we didn’t get a delivery this morning’ - no apology for not cancelling the appointment - just complete indifference at my wasted journey. Complete loss of trust in their ability to provide a proper service.

   Although this number is meant to be for the pharmacy it is impossible to reach it. Of the extensive menus that you have to listen to there is no option for the pharmacy!

   Staff are rude and very unhelpful. Appears like they cant be bothered to work there and everything is far to much hassle. I forgot to add it appears to be the customer's fault rather than trying to help the customer and problem solve. Great example of shocking customer service!!

   I have used this pharmacy for the last 17 years and I have seen how hard they work. Even under pressure they are the friendliest people you could meet. They always go out of there way to help you and make you feel at ease with whatever medication you get. I recommend this pharmacy wholeheartedly.

   Came to pick up my 9 month old sons prescription to be told by a very abrubt and rude pharmacist that they didn't have it and to go back to the doctor's to get him to change the prescription....shocking attitude

   had my covid vaccine there . had trouble online booking my husband appiontment online spoke to the lady absolutely lovely lady she sorted out the problem and vaccinated my husband the next day. we will both be going back for our 2nd . can't thank the lady enough.

   Easy to park. Easy access. Can do your shopping while your waiting for your prescription or have a cup of tea coffee in cafe. Toilets on site as well. Pharmacy open long hours. Normally have what you want. Service very quick and friendly with a smile. Would go there again.
