I had a very good experience at Well Pharmacy. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. They handle customers with respect and professionalism, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
Took my daughter today (9) for a consultation with the pharmacist. He was lovely, made some easy to follow recommendations, didnt pressure us to buy anything he'd mentioned, and the staff behind the counter were also really lovely, even gave her a lolly on the way out. Fully recommend
The staff are good at their job but getting a prescription always means a good 10 minute or so wait even if there is nobody waiting.

Unnecessary long waiting times when collecting prescriptions. Waiting 15 minutes for 1 prescription, then a guy comes in and collects prescription instantly. I'm done with this pharmacy.
Incompetence is the word staff rude and unhelpful explained I'm going in hospital and need my inhalers it was marked very urgent after 4 days no inhalers no explanation he didn't give a jot just told me to go elsewhere as busy what a joke I will be reporting them as it's not the first time expect to wait a week for prescription even if it is urgent idiotic

Absolutely extremely rude behaviour, my prescription never ready in time, my mum prescriptions as well and they always put on repeat on time. They answering to any questions absolutely in a very bad manner. I am not writing only this review i will take action, because this time they offended me personally specially the lady with glasses and curly mid haircut.
Awfully rude staff!! I was issued a prescription a week ago. Tried calling them to enquire if ready, couldn’t get through. Went in person to be told item out of stock and I need to ask doctor for an alternative. Enquired why I hadn’t been contacted to make me aware of this and was told ‘you’re being told now’!!
My prescriptions are never ready even though they have had them over a week or even more sometimes there excuse is that my prescription is to big for them to handle. Definitely don’t recommend them at all you could be on you death bed and they would not care
