I have used Asda pharmacy for a while now and I must say my prescription is always ready in a timely fashion. They are always super busy but work tirelessly with a smile on their faces to serve all their patients. 10/10.
Dire service & no personal care what so ever. Nobody answers the phone unless by exception. As a person with disabilities, it’s difficult to wait for up to 40 minutes some visits. There is 1 chair for people to wait on. There appears to be a real lack of patient care. I have not visited once in 2 years + where there has not been an excessive wait. More often than not - medication ordered is not available on time, in full. Won’t be returning. And I don’t suppose anybody at the pharmacy will be bothered at all. You wouldn’t think you were paying for a service! Kettering pharmacy in contrast, is a world apart; personal, caring, timely in service times & plenty of seating for people that cannot stand for prolonged periods.

This place goes from bad to worse. Totally incompetent staff who are clueless. So totally disorganised. Waiting time horrendous. Staff unhelpful and uncaring. My last prescription was not complete, again! Told to come back for remaining in couple of days time. 2 weeks later and they still don't have it and I am now completely out of important medication. Whilst I understand there can be supply problems with some medications asda needs to communicate this! Today I was told 'it's not in'. I queried why not as it had been 2 weeks! 15 minutes later the staff member returned and said 'we will order again'. I said I need it now as it's important medication and she said 'go to your doctors and get something else'. Disgusting.
Dismisive staff, they do not bother to check stock on database, they forced me to go to another farmacy for some products that do not need prescription but are important for my health. Afro lady is slow and clueless, young backstage man is dismisive, and lied to me that I need prescription in order to protect her, despite her lack of knowledge. Be prepared for a long wainting time for no reason.

Asda pharmacy and dispencers is in the main shopping building and will process your pricription while you do your main shopping instore or visit the cafe ample parking outside the main entrance with disabaled acssable parking bays and facilities within the Store.
