Yet again failed, ordered on Wednesday pick up Saturday got here on Saturday waited 10 minutes only to find another storage of tablets 4 months on the trot now order not complete,that's it changing chemist.i would stay away from this lot absolute useless.

In person, I have no complaints, but if you try to ring them, good luck! The phone is nearly always engaged when I call. I had to ring 11 times last month just to order medication, and that is not unusual. 6 times is the fewest recently. And they aren't open at weekends which is just odd!
Convinently situated but can get very busy
I am having a problem with prescriptions I put them in at the doctor's This week on Tuesday They send it to the chemist I called in on Friday night - they can't find the prescription - eventually they find it in a basket - not done! I now have to wait again for it to be made up The same thing happened last month When I complained I was told that if I hadn't told them I was coming it would not be ready At this point I was a bit fed up as I thought that as the prescription was there it could be ready When I said I consider using a different chemist the lady behind the counter said ok "They won't be as busy round there" I think that this is not the right attitude or good customer service Thanks
