The white painted, front door is black & grimy all on the wood around the handle and looks really dirty. It just needs a good scrub (inside & out) with hot soapy water or Cif etc. When you’re walking into a shop where there are poorly people, a nice fresh clean door /door handle is surely a must!
Thanks to Brian at the Oundle Pharmasist who today helped my daughter, lovely friendly manner, very personable and made her feel very comfortable. Was able to prescribe what she needed. Valuable service when our GP surgery's are so hard to seek the support from nowadays!
My wife just returned after receiving very poor service. She went to pick up my medication and she asked for Covid tests for me as I am classed as high risk due to my long term condition. She was wearing a face mask and told them she had COVID and offered to wait outside whilst they sorted out a form that they needed to fill in for the free Covid tests. The pharmacy assistant said yes, so she waited outside. The pharmacist came out and told her I was not eligible for Covid tests and said that we would have to buy them. My wife pointed out that on the nhs website I am eligible. They said they would check but she was then left outside for a further 15-20 mins whilst this was sorted. My wife told them she was unwell with Covid. Why was she left outside for so long whilst numerous other customers were served? She was not even asked if she was ok or offered a chair! When she went in to see what was happening she told them she felt faint, but the assistant continued to take her time even checking how my wife spelt her first name before handing over the tests. This does not show any care or concern for your customers! Nor knowledge of current guidelines. I will now be moving my prescriptions (of which I have a lot) to Boots.
Fantastic service. Walked in, asking for advice over an infected bee sting. Had an immediate consultation and was given medication and helpful tips. Took 10 mins. Think my leg would of fallen off by the time I had got a GP appointment!
Friendly, helpful and efficient. Alex in particular is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure his customers receive the medication and advice that they require. I am truly grateful for the help and support that this pharmacy has provided my family and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Have to say this is by far the worst experience I have had at any pharmacy. Rude does not get close to the experience. The pharmacist gets the 2022 worst customer service award. She was rude to me and the customers before hand. Would advise stay clear, go to Boots or anywhere else. I support local businesses but they have to offer good service to earn loyalty, this one is a big fat disappointment.
Absolutely wonderful service. So accommodating, polite and professional - really helped me out today - thanks to the wonderful pharmacist who accommodated us....
