The staff are friendly and the shop is always full which can be a burden sometimes but it's a great pharmacy and close
I was very impressed as I just moved house and had my prescription transferred also got my flu Jab done. Couldn't be happier

I've used Mr Patel's chemist at the top of Mill Road for years and have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too.
I have been using the pharmacy since childhood, so well over 20 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The staff are brilliant and are so helpful, they will signpost you to the correct service if needed and are the best bunch of ladies. Mr. Patel is very knowledgable and ready to offer advice and although it seems he may have stepped back a little, he is still around with a cheery hello for his patrons. I love that they are open on a Saturday as well. I highly recommend the pharmacy if you want a personal service where you aren’t just a customer, but a friend, a part of the community, then this is the one for you!
